The importance of a Brand can never be overstated. In the Real Estate Industry this becomes very apparent as we move into 2025. I’m excited to have joined Engel & Volkers Denver, the Global Brand of Luxury Real Estate serving clients around the world for nearly 50 years.
My 27 years in the industry include representing clients, sales management, on-site sales, and agent training. I’ve been fortunate to work in high-end communities in Denver, Colorado Springs, Aspen & the Roaring Fork Valley, and Sun Valley, Idaho. From ranches and ski estates to urban dwellings, I’ve created a long list of satisfied clients.
Living in Denver for over 40 years, I am a credible source for historical and contemporary information about many of Denver’s most desirable neighborhoods including Cherry Creek, The Country Club, Wash Park, Congress Park, Bonnie Brae, Southern Hills, and Greenwood Village. I spent 9 years as the Managing Broker & Selling Agent in Castle Pines Village for the original developer and managed the LIV Sotheby’s office there for many years. Those experiences included Colorado Springs with notable sales in The Broadmoor Community, Garden of The Gods, and Cathedral Pines.
In 2017 & 2018, I enjoyed teaching and mentoring many agents for start-up companies before returning to general brokerage duties at The Flying Horse Community in Colorado Springs. In 2019, I returned to Denver to join The Windermere Denver Real Estate Group and remained there until the end of 2023. In 2024 I formed my own brokerage before joining Engle &Volkers/Denver in February of 2025.
I have always taken the time to understand lifestyle parameters and family requirements for Buyers and Sellers alike. My goal has been to create the most perfect fit while offering meaningful counsel and focus for all aspects of the real estate process. Creating an enjoyable experience from start to finish employing The Gold Standard of Real Estate Ethics has been my standard. Having handled transactions from $150,000 condos to $12,000,000 estates, my commitment is the same - 100% attention to my client’s needs.
Whether one is new to the area or moving within a neighborhood, I draw upon my background as an athlete, educator, and sports coach to help attain one’s goals. Having been both a managing broker and a selling agent affords me unique perspectives from both sides of a transaction. Navigating contracts and agreements can be very daunting, especially since COVID has changed all rules of real estate engagement. More recent national developments in 2024 have impacted the Real Estate Industry even further, making clear the need for experienced, professional direction. I approach all matters with my clients as if I were the client, taking the time necessary to arrive at proper decisions, keeping timelines in sync with the entire real estate process.
